Bianca & Alexander

“The Newport Beach House was truly spectacular. From the sandy backdrop for pictures, to the cocktail hour overlooking the water, and the reception with a view of the ocean, I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location.”

Bianca Sciotti and Alexander Murray on July 2, 2017.

After their friends coerced them into sitting next to each other at a bonfire, Bianca Sciotti and Alexander Murray felt sparks fly instantly. Each year thereafter on their dating anniversary, they would go to the the Atlantic Beach Club in Newport for dinner before enjoying a walk on the beach. However in 2016, the club was closed for renovation and would soon become the Newport Beach House. They couldn’t have dinner in their usual spot, but that didn’t stop them from enjoying their traditional walk on the private beach. When they approached a carefully sculpted heart of seashells in the sand that Alex had assembled earlier, Bianca knew this stroll was so much more than it had been in years past. One year later, they would be married at the same location, Newport Beach House, something they both knew they were destined for even a few dates into their relationship. -RT

Bountiful Blooms

White garden roses, hydrangeas, peonies and greenery composed the bouquets and centerpieces. The groomsmen sported simple white Ranunclus flowers to complement the couple’s classic, simplistic, yet effortless beauty theme.

Moment to Remember

Of all of the touching moments from the wedding day, Bianca says her favorite was being introduced as Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Murray, hearing the guests erupt with applause and cheer, and then dancing to their first song together, “The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra, which is one of their favorites.

Gifts To Go

Bianca and Alex always dreamed of world travel, and apparently were on the same wavelength when buying wedding gifts for one another. Bianca gave Alex a travel bag, trip to New York and map with push pins for their destinations, and Alex gave Bianca a Louis Vuitton travel bag, personalized with her initials.

Where are they now?

After spending two weeks honeymooning in Maui, Hawaii, the Murrays returned to their home in North Providence where Bianca is a special education teacher and Alex is a police officer in North Smithfield.
